We offer free returns and exchanges and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, email sales@thelineanddot.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a hassle free return and receive a RA number for return. Any damaged or defective returns are free up to 14 days from receiving your product.  

 

Any claims, not including damages or defects made after the 7 day period will be accepted with a 20% restocking and the customer will pay for shipping. Return credits will be issued after receipt of items, after they have been inspected by our Returns Department. Items must be returned in its original packaging. Any clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Online purchases can be returned by mail only. You must receive an RA# from our sales representatives for your claim to be processed. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an approved RA# (Written on the outside of the package).

 

What if my return is past 14 days? 

 

Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse. 

 

We will not accept any items if...

 

Worn    Washed   Altered 

Snagged      Ripped Stained       Odors

 

Or any other damages caused by the receiver.

 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.

We will send a return label only if the item was received damaged or the wrong item has been sent. Fit Issues, misinterpretation of photographs or description does not qualify.

Please contact us via e-mail sales@thelineanddot.com to receive an RA#. Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to issue the refund faster with most accuracy. We are not responsible for lost returns.

When will I get my refund? 

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
