All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.
We will send a return label only if the item was received damaged or the wrong item has been sent. Fit Issues, misinterpretation of photographs or description does not qualify.
Please contact us via e-mail email@example.com to receive an RA#. Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to issue the refund faster with most accuracy. We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for return shipments, including rush charges.
Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
